Tuesday, June 2 - Knob Hill Park Warrendale, Allegheny County
Meet Karyn Delaney at the Disc Golf Parking Lot on Knob Road at 7:30 AM.
Time: 7:30 -10:30 AM Target Species: Baltimore Oriole, Scarlet Tanager, Northern Mockingbird, Wood Thrush, Hooded Warbler, and other migrants are possible.
Directions from Pittsburgh: Take I-79 North to Warrendale Exit. Turn left onto Warrendale-Bayne Rd. At the first traffic signal, turn right onto Brush Creek Rd. At the second traffic signal, turn left onto Knob Rd. The main entrance to the park is about one mile from here on the left side of the road. Go past the playground and continue until the road ends at the parking lot.
Directions from north of Allegheny County: Take I-79 South to Cranberry Exit. Turn right onto Rt. 228. Get into far left lane. Turn left onto Rt. 19 South. At the fourth traffic signal, turn right onto Thorn Hill Rd. Get in left lane. Turn left onto Brush Creek Rd. At the next traffic signal, turn right onto Knob Rd. The main entrance to the park is about one mile from here on the left side of the road. Go past the playground and continue until the road ends at the parking lot.

Thursday, June 4 - Hillman State Park
Chuck Tague (412-432-8760) will lead an outing through Hillman State Park and the gamelands along Route 22. Target species may include whip-poor-wills and owls. Meet at 6:30 pm at Kings in Imperial to arrange carpools. Directions to Kings - from the Parkway West, take the US22W/US30W exit towards Wheeling. Take the Imperial exit. Kings is located in the shopping area on the left.
Saturday, June 6 - Imperial Area
An outing for grassland sparrows will be led by Chuck Tague. Meet 6:30 AM at Kings on Route 30 in Imperial to arrange car pools. An optional afternoon outing will include a walk on the Pitch Pine Trail for pine woods species. Bring a lunch if you plan to stay the whole day. Directions to Kings - from the Parkway West, take the US22W/US30W exit towards Wheeling. Take the Imperial exit. Kings is located in the shopping area on the left. The restaurant opens at 6AM.
